Private Trails

Did you know that Creekview Coves has it's own private trails? Located at the north end of the development is a trail path maintained by resident Rick Sandstrom. Access to the trail is on the easement between lots 26 and 27 as noted in the directory page of this website.

Boyson Trail / Cedar Valley Nature Trail / CeMar Trail

Creekview Coves also gave the city of Marion the access rights to locate the Boyson Trail (Cedar Valley Nature Trail) on part of the property owned by the Homeowerners Association. The headin for the trail will also be the beginning of the new CeMar Trail with completion date unknown. Trail access is by the mailboxes.
